PODERE SANT’ALESSANDRO, YOUR HOLIDAY HOUSE IN TUSCANY!!! Podere Sant’Alessandro is an old Tuscan cottage with a panoramic view immersed in a beautiful scenery among woods, vineyards, medieval villages and castles. The apartments are independent and restored, finely furnished with equipped kitchens, Satellite TV, video recorder, heating, air conditioner, safes, fireplace, independent veranda, and private car parking. The swimming pool with fresh water, close to a very old oak and close to the wood, is situated in a place where you can see a beautiful panorama, characterised by vineyards and old dive groves, which will make your stay very relaxing and pleasant. The swimming pool’s night illumination will let you to use it at night time, also. The seven apartments at your disposal are the following: - Il Portico (sleep 2) was the place where the farmers who lived on the Podere hung rows of chillies, mushrooms and tomatoes, meticulously sewn in a "filza", to dry in the sun away from the weather. The apartment is an open space, located on the ground floor of the building, has two entrances, one facing a private garden furnished to allow you to enjoy the beautiful view of the surrounding countryside and the other in the internal courtyard building. Inside the house there is a beautiful historic fireplace to be lit on long winter evenings. The house consists of one double bedroom and one bathroom, an equipped kitchen and for your relaxation, the living room. Each room has a precise identity. The apartments are all furnished differently from each other. The house has a private outdoor area, fully furnished and illuminated. WiFi, hot-cold inverter air conditioning in the bedroom and kitchen - living room. The porch represents the perfect place where you can immerse yourself in the enveloping heat of the fireplace and find yourself immersed in the greenery of the surrounding nature. - L’Oliviera (sleep 4), or the old oil deposit inside the Podere, was created on the first floor. It enjoys a wonderful view of the surrounding countryside and the park where a space is set up just for you! It consists of a lounge with historic fireplace and kitchen inside it, two double bedrooms and bathroom with shower. The house has a private outdoor space set in the garden with panoramic views, fully furnished and illuminated. From the windows, in fact, you can observe what were once the land holdings of the estate. Precisely for this reason it is located on the ground floor, overlooking the courtyard of the Podere and is equipped with vaulted beams and wide ceiling heights.
